First, you can check the transaction status whether the transaction was successful or not. If the transaction fails, you don't have to worry because your Bank Balance will not decrease.

However, if the transaction is successful and an error occurs because you entered the wrong destination number, you can immediately contact the other user's number to ask for a refund. In accordance with the DANA Indonesia Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data and information on the transfer destination so the money that was successfully transferred cannot be returned or canceled.

Note: Before making a transaction, please always make sure that the phone number, destination account number, and transfer amount are correct. DANA cannot replace and guarantee your money/DANA Balance back.
