We are proud to present DANA's inaugural Sustainability Report, a milestone in our journey toward greater transparency, responsibility, and impact. As one of Indonesia's leading digital financial platforms, our mission has always been clear: to democratize access to financial services and empower all Indonesians to thrive in the digital economy.
To guide our impact, we've established four sustainability focus areas: Financial Inclusion & Economic Empowerment, People & Communities, Environmental Efficiency, and Governance & Responsibility.
We are pleased to share some highlights from 2024-2025: recognition among the world's top 10 most downloaded payment apps (data.ai), certification as a Great Place to Work, and over 9,000 women-led MSMEs supported through our empowerment programs, SisBerdaya and DisBerdaya. We also conducted our first environmental impact assessment and found that each transaction on DANA emits just 0.14 grams of CO2e, highlighting the efficiency of our digital model. This report reflects our progress and our continued commitment to building a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable digital economy for all.
