Yes, requests for the deletion of personal data can be submitted after consent for data processing has been withdrawn.

Please note that withdrawing consent will result in the deletion and deactivation of your DANA account, as your personal data can no longer be actively processed. Requests for data deletion can be submitted independently by users. However, the request will be subject to a verification and validation process by the DANA team before it can be processed further.

How to Submit a Personal Data Deletion Request, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Play Store application on your device.
  2. Search for the DANA application using the search bar.
  3. Tap the DANA application to open the application details page.
  4. Scroll down and select the Data Safety menu.
  5. Submit a request for the deletion of the collected data.
  6. You will be directed to the Data Deletion menu, then tap Go to developer site.
  7. You will be directed to the Delete Account page.
  8. Before tapping Continue, please ensure that you understand all consequences of withdrawing consent and the account deletion process.

Important Notes Before Submitting a Request To ensure the process runs smoothly, please make sure the following conditions have been fulfilled:

✅ Your DANA balance is empty (no remaining balance). ✅ All installments or outstanding obligations, including DANA PayLater, have been fully paid.

By fulfilling the conditions above, the data deletion and account deactivation process can proceed more smoothly.
