In some transactions on the DANA app, you may not be required to enter your PIN because the system uses other verification methods, such as biometrics (fingerprint/face recognition) or automated security checks.

Additionally, if the PIN Verification feature for payments is disabled, certain transactions can be completed without entering a PIN. You can check this setting in:

Me → Settings → Security Settings → PIN Verification

However, under certain conditions, you may still be required to enter your PIN or complete additional verification to ensure your account security.
