Why my eSIM active but I don't have mobile data?

If you're having a problem with your eSIM, please follow these steps:

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Turn on mobile data, set your eSIM as the primary SIM and enable data roaming.
  3. Turn the eSIM off and on in your device settings.

If the issue remains, try to choose the network operator manually:

  1. Go to Network Operators or Network Selection.
  2. Turn off Select Automatically.
  3. Choose a provider covered by the eSIM and try again.
