Why does my DANA Balance not increase after top up?

After topping up your DANA balance, the total amount should increase in real time. If the amount is not added to your balance, please follow the steps below:

  • Check the proof of transfer and make sure you enter the phone number registered in DANA.
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable and try again in a few moments.
  • Make sure your DANA Balance hasn’t reached its limit.
  • Please close your DANA app first then clear the DANA app’s cache.
  • Make sure your DANA app is updated to the latest version via the Google Play Store or App Store.
  • Please change to another network (wifi or cellular).
  • Disable the VPN if you are currently connected to a VPN.
  • Make sure the transaction you have made has been recorded in the “History” menu with the description “Top Up” in the DANA app.

If your bank balance has decreased and the status of your transaction is successful, you can contact the bank's customer service below.
