Why did I fail the DANA Premium registration process?

Make sure the ID card (KTP) you used is haven’t registered on the DANA app yet. If you have used your ID card on another DANA account, you can still change your DANA number by following these steps: How do I change my mobile phone number.
If you cannot access the DANA number, you can register for a DANA Premium account using your new number by following these steps: How to Transfer a DANA Account.
One ID card is only valid for one DANA account.
Make sure the National Identity Number (NIK) matches the ID card.
Make sure the camera quality and lighting are in good condition.
Make sure your internet network is stable.
Make sure your ID Card is clearly legible (there are no faded or missing parts).
