Why can't I save card in the DANA app?

  1. Clear cache and cookies for the DANA application that you are using.
  2. Make sure the card you are using is registered with the Finance/e-Banking service.
  3. Make sure the balance is sufficient on the debit card/credit card limit (minimum balance: IDR 10,000).
  4. Make sure your internet connection is on a stable network, yup!
