- Clear cache and cookies for the DANA application that you are using.
- Make sure the card you are using is registered with the Finance/e-Banking service.
- Make sure the balance is sufficient on the debit card/credit card limit (minimum balance: IDR 10,000).
- Make sure your internet connection is on a stable network, yup!
