If there is a problem with the ATM, you can directly contact the BCA Call Center to report the problem. But if your DANA balance has been deducted, please submit your complaint to DIANA (Digital Assistant DANA) on the Me page of the Resolution Center menu in the DANA application, and don't forget to include proof of transaction.
