If you forgot your DANA PIN, follow these steps to reset it:
- Open the DANA app.
- Enter the phone number registered with your DANA account
- Tap Forgot PIN on the login screen.
- If additional verification is required, follow the verification process as prompted to confirm you are the rightful account owner.
- You will be direct to create a new 6-digit PIN.
- Re-enter the new PIN to confirm.
- On the login page, enter your new PIN.
- Once successful, your PIN has been changed and you can log in to your DANA account!
