If you forgot your DANA PIN, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Open the DANA app.
2. Enter the phone number registered with your DANA account
3. Tap Forgot PIN on the login screen.
4. If additional verification is required, follow the verification process as prompted to confirm you are the rightful account owner.
5. You will be direct to create a new 6-digit PIN.
6. Re-enter the new PIN to confirm.
7. On the login page, enter your new PIN.
8. Once successful, your PIN has been changed and you can log in to your DANA account!
