Usually, the confirmation email will be sent to your submitted email address within 24 hours after payment is completed.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after more than 24 hours, please try the following suggestions:
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address in your flight booking. You can find this information under the "Contact" section.
- Check your junk, spam, or filtered email folders to see if the confirmation email was redirected there.
- Tap the "Send Again" button under your booking.
