- Close your DANA Apps first
- Clear Cache on the DANA Apps
- Make sure your DANA application is updated to the latest version via the Google Play Store or App Store
- Make sure your internet quota is sufficient and the network you are using is stable
- Please change to another network (WiFi or cellular)

- You can try again periodically
