What if the DANA application cannot be used/Error/No Response/Crash/Bug?

  1. Close your DANA Apps first
  2. Clear Cache on the DANA Apps
  3. Make sure your DANA application is updated to the latest version via the Google Play Store or App Store
  4. Make sure your internet quota is sufficient and the network you are using is stable
  5. Please change to another network (WiFi or cellular)
  6. Disable VPN, if you are currently connected to a VPN
  7. You can try again periodically
