You can cancel/apply for a refund for your train ticket.

According to the policy of PT. KAI, cancellations, and refunds must be made directly at the train station for verification purposes.

Important things regarding the train ticket refund process at the station:

  1. Cancellations are served at the special station counter no later than 30 minutes before the train's scheduled departure. 2,. how the original proof of identity according to the data listed on the Boarding Pass along with a copy (photocopy).
