First, you can check the transaction status whether the transaction was successful or not. If the transaction fails, you don't have to worry because your Bank Balance will not decrease.

However, if the transaction is successful and an error occurs because you entered the transfer destination number incorrectly, in accordance with the DANA Indonesia Terms and Conditions, the error is entirely your responsibility and the money from the transaction cannot be returned or canceled.

If you wish to contact the transfer recipient to request a refund, please submit your complaint to help@dana.id or contact DANA Customer Care here for further assistance.

Note: DANA Indonesia only acts as a mediator to connect you with the recipient of the money. Before making a transaction, please always make sure that the phone number or account number of the destination is correct. DANA Indonesia does not guarantee to replace your money/DANA balance back.
