Please ensure the following when topping up using OneKlik:
- Make sure the top-up process in the DANA app is completed correctly
- Ensure you have not exceeded your OneKlik daily top-up limit
- Make sure your BCA account has sufficient balance for the transaction
- In addition to DANA’s daily limit, OneKlik also has a combined daily limit across e-wallets/e-commerce linked to your BCA mobile banking
- Ensure your DANA monthly cumulative limit is still sufficient
