- A DANA Premium account is required to use this feature.
- The min. withdrawal limit is Rp100K/transaction for BCA or Rp50K/transaction for ATMi.
- The max. withdrawal limit is Rp1.2 Mio/transaction for BCA or Rp1 Mio/transaction for ATMi.
- The max. daily withdrawal limit is Rp10 Mio for BCA and Rp2 Mio for ATMi.
- Users will be charged an Rp4.500 admin fee for each DANA balance withdrawal.
- Users are required to keep the transaction code confidential.
- If the withdrawal is intended to be received in cash directly by you, you are responsible for maintaining the security of every detail of the Withdraw via ATM information, including but not limited to any verification code that may be required for cash withdrawals.
- DANA is entitled to, without any notice, make any necessary action to a user that has an indication of practicing fraudulent or abusive behavior to get the promo.
- DANA has the right to request users to upgrade their account to DANA Premium if necessary, for user verification purposes.
