- A DANA Premium account is required to use this feature.
- The min. the withdrawal limit is Rp100K/transaction.
- The max. withdrawal limit is Rp1.2M/transaction.
- The max. daily withdrawal limit is Rp10M.
- Users will be charged an Rp4.500 admin fee for each DANA balance withdrawal.
- Users are required to keep the transaction code confidential.
- If the withdrawal is intended to be received in cash directly by you, you are responsible for maintaining the security of every detail of the Cashout via ATM information, including but not limited to any verification code that may be required for cash withdrawals.
