- Users register in the Loyalty Program available in the DANA application;
- The user is responsible for ensuring that the personal information entered is correct and accurate when registering through the DANA application. All legal consequences caused by the User's mistake in entering the User's personal information are the responsibility of the User. DANA has the right to follow up on data processing that is incorrect according to DANA policy in the form of clarification of data correctness, and requests for data correction, including but not limited to canceling Loyalty Program registration;
- The User understands and agrees that the personal information that is entered when registering for the Loyalty Program can be provided to the Merchant and will be used in the Loyalty Program;
- Users understand that for every transaction for the Loyalty Program, Users will get points according to transactions made in the Loyalty Program. Users understand that in using the Loyalty Program, personal data from Users will be collected, used, or displayed so that Users can enjoy the Loyalty Program to the fullest.
- The user understands that any reports of indications of fraud, misuse of DANA accounts, or other actions that may cause harm to other people or to DANA will be followed up and investigated by PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe (“PT EDIK”);
- These Terms and Conditions are considered an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the DANA Application and the Privacy Policy that have been approved by the previous DANA User.
- If there is a dispute in the interpretation or implementation of the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, EDIK and the User agree to resolve the dispute through deliberation. In the event that deliberation for consensus is not reached, the User may also submit complaints sequentially through DANA Customer Care (CS), dispute resolution bodies or institutions, or consumer complaints to Bank Indonesia;
- Users can contact DANA User Service (Customer Care) or enter the DANA application and website to find out information related to DANA services.
