E-money self-closure can occur, in the following circumstances:

  1. Closed by the Bank due to non-fulfillment of things that should have been done or not done by the Cardholder as referred to in item (one) of these general terms and conditions; or

  2. At the request of the Cardholder with the reasons:
  3. Damaged card, or
  4. Cardholders submit a request for redemption to end the use of Mandiri e-money.

3.If the Cardholder intends to end the use of Mandiri e-money, the Cardholder is required to notify in writing the form and content acceptable to the Bank and the Cardholder immediately returns the Mandiri e-money to the Bank. Furthermore, the Bank will stop the card on the basis of the written notice referred to.

4.Cardholders can submit a request for closing the card at any time by filling out the Request and Complaint Form or other forms determined by the Bank and submitting it to the designated Branch Officer.

5.If the e-money standalone still closes, the Bank will refund the card's balance.

6.If the Cardholder's request for closing and returning the Mandiri e-money balance is approved by the Bank, the balance, at the request of the Cardholder, will be credited to the Cardholder's savings / current account or paid in cash
