  • First of all, DANA official Customer Service will never ask for your PIN or OTP.
  • If you receive indications of fraud on behalf of DANA /EDIK, such as promising you several gifts, asking you to provide a PIN or verification code, or asking you to transfer a certain amount of money to a certain account number, immediately send to DIANA (DANA Digital Assistant) on the Me page of the Resolution Center menu on DANA app for further assistance.
  • For that, never give your PIN or verification code to anyone, including DANA.
  • All information related to DANA promotional activities can be seen through the DANA application or the official DANA website https://www.dana.id/promo.
  • Always make sure the information you receive is correct.
