Make sure your report contains the following information:
- The sequence of fraud incidents is concise, concise, and clear.
- Attach a Proof of Transfer Photos/Screenshot (can be an account mutation showing the date and time of the transaction to DANA), Photo/Screenshot Chat or Phone Call Log with the Reported Party (suspected fraud) and/or other supporting evidence that can strengthen your report.
Our Customer Care will contact you to verify the report and follow up within 7x24 hours of reporting.
