1.Mandiri Online (Mobile Version)
- Login to the Mandiri Online App.
- Select Payment > Make New Payment> Multi Payment.
- Choose your source account in "Source Account". Then, select Danapay as "Service Provider", enter [The VA number shown in the SMS you received] into the "VA No" column and press "ADD AS NEW NUMBER" and press "CONTINUE".
- Confirm the transaction by entering your Mandiri Online PIN.
2.Mandiri Online (Web Version)
- Login to ibank.bankmandiri.co.id/retail3/
- Select Payment > Multipayment.
- Choose your source account in "Source Account". Then, pick Danapay as "Service Provider", enter [The VA number that appears on the SMS you received] into the "No VA" column and press "CONTINUE".
- Confirm the transaction through your Mandiri Online Mobile version.
- Login to the Mandiri Online App.
- Select Pending Transactions.
- Confirm the transaction by clicking "AGREE" and enter your Mandiri Online PIN.
3.Mandiri SMS Banking
- Send an SMS with the following format to 3355: TRB (space) 1 (space) 009 (space) [no. VA is shown on the SMS you received] (space) [Payment Amount].
- The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed. (Example: TRB 1 009 [VA Generated] 100000)
- Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
4.Mandiri ATM
- Insert the ATM card, select a language, then enter your PIN.
- Select the Pay / Buy > Multipayment.
- Enter 89509 as the Biller Code, followed by [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] into the "No VA" column.
- Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
- Confirm your transaction.
5.Interbank Transfer/ATM Bersama
- Insert ATM card & PIN.
- Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS> TRANSFER> TO OTHER BANKS.
- Enter 008 (Mandiri bank code) as a bank code Enter [The VA number that appeared in the SMS you received] as the destination account.
- Input the amount you want to pay according to what is stated on the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
- Select your payment source.
- Confirm your payment.
Notes:
- Payments can be made through ATMs provided by ATM PRIMA, Bersama, and LINK.
- Additional fees will be charged in accordance with the issuing bank's policy.
