1. ATM
2. Insert your ATM card and PIN.
3. Select PAYMENT> CONTINUE> VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
4. Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
5. Select the payment source.
6. The number and name of the virtual account will be displayed on the screen. Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received.

7. Confirm your payment.

   2.CIMB Clicks

8. Login to CIMB Clicks.
9. Select PAY BILL.
10. Choose an account for your payment source and pick Virtual Account as the type of payment.
11. Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account. The number and name of the virtual account will be displayed on the screen.
12. Enter the amount you want to pay according to what is stated on the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.

13. Enter your 6 digit mPIN and click SUBMIT

    3.GO Mobile

14. Login to Go Mobile.
15. Select TRANSFER then choose Transfer to another CIMB Niaga Account.
16. Pick the account for your payment source
17. Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
18. Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.

19. Confirm your payment and enter your Mobile Banking PIN.

    4.Interbank Transfer/ATM Bersama

20. Insert ATM card & PIN.
21. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS> TRANSFER> TO OTHER BANKS.
22. Enter 022 (CIMB Niaga bank code) as a bank code Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
23. Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
24. Select the payment source.
25. Confirm your payment.

• Payments can be made through ATMs provided by ATM PRIMA, Bersama, and LINK.
• Additional fees will be charged in accordance with the issuing bank's policy.
