- BCA ATM
- Insert your ATM card and BCA PIN.
- Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS> TRANSFER> TO ACCOUNT BCA VIRTUAL ACCOUNT
- Enter [The VA number that appears in the SMS you received] as the destination account.
- Input the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount of payment must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
2.KLIK BCA
- Go to the KLIK BCA website
- Select TRANSFER DANA> TRANSFER TO BCA VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
- Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
- Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.

3.m-BCA (BCA MOBILE)
- Enter the m-BCA mobile App.
- Select M-TRANSFER > BCA VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
- Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
- Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The Difference in payment amount will not be processed.
- Enter your m-BCA PIN.

4.m-BCA (STK – SIM Tool Kit)
- Select m-BCA on your SIM Card menu.
- Choose m-PAYMENT > OTHER
- Type TVA then press OK
- Enter [The VA number that appeared on the SMS you received] as the destination account.
- Enter your BCA PIN then press OK.
- Enter the amount you want to pay as stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
- Enter your BCA PIN then press OK.
- You will receive a confirmation via SMS.
