For Android Users, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your Google Play store
2. Search DANA on Playstore
3. Tap DANA
4. Scroll down and Tap Data Safety
5. Then, you can request to delete collected data
6. You can directed to the menu Data Deletion and then tap Go to developer site
7. You will directed to the Delete Account Page, on the DANA App
8. Make sure before tapping Continue that you have considered all the necessary things to process your account deletion
9. Follow the steps in the DANA app to continue the account deletion process

Note: For iOS users, the Delete Account feature is currently unavailable. You can contact DIANA (DANA Digital Assistant) in the 'Me' menu, then tap 'DIANA' for further assistance.
