As of 28 October 2024, here are the handling fees using a debit/credit card on the DANA application:

• Handling Fees for QRIS & Send Money transactions
• Transaction below of Rp100.000*: Rp1.500 handling fee
• Transaction above Rp100.000 - Rp1.000.000: Rp2.500 handling fee
• Transaction above Rp1.000.001 - Rp3.000.000: Rp10.000 handling fee
• Transaction above Rp3.000.001 - Rp5.000.000: Rp20.000 handling fee

• More than Rp5.000.000: 2% handling fee from the amount of transaction

• Handling Fees for Bill transactions:
• Transaction below Rp1.000.000: Rp500 handling fee
• More than Rp1.000.000: 1% handling fee from the amount of transaction

Notes:

• *For DANA balance top-up transactions, a lower limit Rp 500.001 applies with multiplies according to the table
• *The handling fee will be displayed on the payment confirmation page in the DANA application. Continuing the transaction means you understand and agree to the handling fees listed.
