Withdrawing to DANA:

1. Open the link shared by the sender.
2. Enter your phone number and the 6-digit unique code.
3. Select DANA Balance as the withdrawal method.
4. If you don't have the DANA app, you will be directed to the App Store/Play Store to install the app.
5. If you already have the app, you can register a DANA account.
6. Enter the OTP code.

Withdrawing to bank account:

Withdrawing at an ATMi:

1. Open the link shared by the sender.
2. Enter your phone number and the 6-digit unique code.
3. Visit the nearest ATMi ATM, then select ATMi ATM as the withdrawal method.
4. Choose Cardless Transaction on the ATM menu.
5. Enter the account number.
6. Enter the 6-digit transaction code.
7. The transaction is successfully completed!
