- Open your DANA app, then tap Send.
- Choose Cash Withdrawal then select the ATM.
- Choose the withdrawal amount according to the available denominations, or you can tap Other Nominal (-) or (+) if the amounts are more than Rp100.000.
- Make sure to read the information when making a withdrawal.
- Press confirm.
- Input DANA PIN.
- Account number and transaction code will appear. Save the code & keep it for yourself.
- If you are already at the nearest BCA ATM or ATMi location, select the Cardless Transaction menu on the ATM screen.
- Enter your account number & the 6 digit transaction code.
- Voila! You have successfully withdraw your DANA Balance via ATM.
