- Open your DANA app & tap Send.
- Choose Send & Withdraw Cash, then tap BCA - Bank Central Asia.
- Select the withdrawal amount based on the available denominations, or you can tap (-) or (+) for multiple nominals of Rp100K.
- Make sure to read the information during the withdrawal.
- Tap Confirm.
- Enter your DANA PIN.
- A detailed account number and transaction code will appear. Keep the code to yourself.
- If you are already at the nearest BCA ATM, select the 'Cardless Transactions' menu on the BCA ATM screen.
- Enter the account number & the 6-digit transaction code.
- Take your money from the ATM. Voila!
