- Open the DANA app, then tap Delivery in All Services.
- Make sure to read, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions.
- Tap Next.
- Fill in the sender and receiver information.
- Choose the type of package.
- Choose your courier option.
- Select DANA Balance as your payment method. You can also use a Debit Card or Credit Card in the future.
- Tap Pay to complete the process.
- Tap on the Menu icon at the top right corner of your Delivery screen to check on all delivery statuses.
