First, make sure you have canceled all your subscriptions. Then you can stop your Apple ID auto-debit payment by following these steps on your iPhone or other iOS device:
- Go to Settings.
- Choose User Name, Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
- Choose the payment method that you want to delete.
- Tap Remove the Payment Method. If you experience any issues during this process, please contact Apple Support: at https://getsupport.apple.com or Subscribed App Customer Service.
