Follow these steps:

1. Make a transaction through a partner app or offline via a remittance partner that supports transfers to DANA e-wallet
2. Enter the recipient’s phone number, transfer amount, recipient’s name as per ID, and recipient’s ID number
3. The partner will forward the sender’s details to DANA to process the transfer to the recipient’s account
4. Once successful, the funds will be credited to the recipient’s DANA balance
