- Log into DANA app.
- Tap on the menu icon of A+Rewards, and go to My Rewards/Vouchers.
- Next, tap the icon of customer service on the top of the right page.
- And tap Track your tickets to view your tickets. When there is a red dot on the ticket list, you can check the latest reply from customer service.
- You can also see the status of the ticket. Processing means your issue is being handled. Feedback means customer service has replied to your questions.
