  1. Log into DANA app.
  2. Tap on the menu icon of A+Rewards, and go to My Rewards/Vouchers.
  3. Next, tap the icon of customer service on the top of the right page.
  4. And tap Track your tickets to view your tickets. When there is a red dot on the ticket list, you can check the latest reply from customer service.
  5. You can also see the status of the ticket. Processing means your issue is being handled. Feedback means customer service has replied to your questions.
