How do I change my mobile phone number?

Your DANA ID (Mobile Number) can only be changed every 90 days. You will not be able to use your previous mobile number ever again. Here's how to change your DANA ID:

  1. Open the DANA app and tap Me.
  2. Tap Security Settings.
  3. Tap Change Mobile Number.
  4. Tap Change.
  5. Please choose the verification method you want:

  6. Send the OTP code to the old mobile number, please follow these steps:
  7. Input your DANA PIN.
  8. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to the old DANA ID number.
  9. Enter your new DANA ID number (your DANA ID is linked to your mobile number to verify the security of your DANA account) and tap Next.
  10. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to the new DANA ID number.
  11. A confirmation appears successfully change the DANA ID number and you must re-login to your account.

  12. I no longer use my old mobile number, please follow these steps:
  13. If you have activated "Security Questions", then you will be prompted to answer 3 security questions first.
  14. If all of your answers are correct in point number 1, then you can immediately change your new number in DANA, but if the answer is wrong 3 times in a row, you will be directed to enter your email for the verification process DANA account.
  15. The DANA system will send you an email with further instructions to change DANA ID.
  16. Tap Close.
