Please submit your complaint to DIANA (DANA Digital Assistant) via the Me page under the Resolution Center menu in the DANA app for further assistance.

Alternatively, you can access DIANA from your QRIS transaction history by following these steps:

  1. Open the Activity menu
  2. Select the QRIS transaction you want to request a refund for
  3. Tap the “Need Help” button at the bottom of the page
