There are four ways to activate DANA Viz on DANA app, please follow these steps:

From the Smartpay page:

1. Open DANA app.
2. Tap Me on the bottom right of the screen.
3. Tap Smartpay in app settings.
4. Tap DANA Viz.
5. DANA Viz successfully activated!

After you register to DANA account:

1. DANA Viz activation page will appear on your screen.
2. Tap Activate DANA Viz.
3. Enter your DANA PIN.
4. Follow the instructions given on the application page. Make sure your face is in the right position!
5. Face verification is successful & your DANA Viz is active.

After you reset your DANA PIN:

1. After you have successfully reset your DANA PIN, DANA Viz activation page will appear on your screen.
2. Tap Activate DANA Viz.
3. Enter your DANA PIN.
4. Follow the instructions given on the application page. Make sure your face is in the right position!
5. Face verification is successful & your DANA Viz is active!

On DANA Protection page:

1. After you see the information regarding DANA Protection, you can tap Set Up DANA Viz to activate DANA Viz.
2. Next, you will be directed to the Smartpay page.
3. Tap DANA Viz for activation.
4. Enter your DANA PIN.
5. Follow the instructions given on the application page. Make sure your face is in the right position!
6. Face verification is successful & your DANA Viz is active!
