DANA uses your phone/mobile number to verify the ownership of your DANA account. To continue using DANA smoothly, it’s best to make sure that your number in DANA is an active one. If it’s no longer active, your number needs to be changed. After the change number process is successful, you can use your DANA account again. All of the information, status, and data in your account remains the same after changing the number.

If you’re still able to login, you can change your number via app Settings:

  1. Prepare a new phone number to be used as the replacement.
  2. Open Me page.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Security Settings.
  5. Tap Change Phone Number.
  6. Follow the verification process provided until the process is complete.
  7. Login using your new phone number.

If you’re unable to login, you can change your number through the login page:

  1. Prepare a new phone number to be used as the replacement.
  2. Open DANA app and make sure you’re on the login or welcome page.
  3. Without entering phone number, tap the button “Switch to a new number”, then tap “Continue”.
  4. Enter your old phone number.
  5. Enter your PIN.
  6. Enter your new phone number.
  7. Follow the verification process provided until the process is complete.
  8. Login using your new phone number.

If you forgot your PIN, you can change it first:

  1. Open DANA app, make sure you’re on the login page, and enter your old/inactive number.
  2. When asked to enter your PIN, tap “Forgot PIN”.
  3. You will be directed to change PIN.

Notes: To change your phone number, make sure the replacement number is new and not currently registered in DANA. You can only change your number once every 90 days.
