The temporary revocation or suspension of a DANA Bisnis account transaction is caused by a non-compliance with the procedures in the DANA Bisnis Terms and Conditions (T&C) at points 11 and 17C.
Revocation can also be caused by a request from the DANA Business account owner who contacts DANA Customer Care to deactivate the DANA Business account for several reasons such as changing data, closing the merchant or wanting to stop business.
Can I still use my DANA QRIS for transactions if my DANA Bisnis account was deactivated?
No.
Can I re-register my DANA Bisnis account if my account has been deactivated?
We're sorry to tell you that a DANA Bisnis account that was revoked/deactivated and proven violated the applicable Terms & Conditions can't be re-registered. Please refer to DANA Bisnis T&C.
Is there a certain time limit for DANA Bisnis account revocation/deactivation?
DANA Business Accounts that have been permanently revoked/deactivated cannot be recovered for an indefinite period of time.
If my DANA Business account is revoked, can I still use DANA for transactions?
Of course, you can still use your DANA account to enjoy various other features in the DANA application.
