You can upgrade to DANA Premium using other others documents such as a driver's license (SIM) according to the terms and conditions that apply in the DANA app.
What are the terms and conditions for upgrading to DANA Premium without an e-KTP?
Make sure you are an Indonesian citizen (WNI) and are at least 17 years old.
You have SIM (driver license) to be used as the document.
Make sure you have at least Rp5.000 DANA Balance that will be used as a handling fee for upgrading to DANA Premium without e-KTP.
How do I upgrade to DANA Premium using others documents?
Open your DANA app.
Tap on the Me on the DANA homepage.
Select Verify Account.
Tap Upgrade with other documents.
Make sure you meet the requirements and conditions for upgrading to DANA Premium without an e-KTP. Then tap Understand.
Choose the others document you want to submit.
Make sure the camera access is active/allowed.
You will be directed to take a selfie. Make sure the lighting is clear and then follows the instructions. If it's correct, tap Continue.
Next, take a photo of the required document and make sure the document is inside the provided box, then tap Continue.
Please fill in your personal information and make sure the entered data is correct and accurate. Then tap Register.
You will be directed to make a payment of Rp5.000.
Confirm the payment and enter your DANA PIN.
The registration process is complete!

You can check it in the Me menu or via notifications within the DANA app.
How long does the DANA Premium upgrade takes?
The registration process for DANA Premium upgrade using other documents takes 2x24 hours from the time you complete the registration process.
