  1. Can I transfer my new DANA account to my old DANA account?

  3. What are the Terms and Conditions for transferring my new DANA account to my old DANA account?
  4. Remember, only your number will be transferred. Please do the following things before transferring accounts!
  5. Empty your DANA Balance.
  6. Empty your DANA Goals Balance.
  7. Clear your DANA Bisnis Balance.
  8. Empty your DANA Plus Balance.
  9. Sell all the gold you owned.
  10. Leave from your Family Account.
  11. Haven't changed your phone number in the last 90 days.
  12. The phone number in your old account will be replaced with the phone number that you are using now.
  13. After the process is complete, you can't change your phone number in DANA for 90 days.
  14. After the account transfer is successful, your new account can no longer be accessed.

  15. How do I move my new DANA account to my old DANA account?
  16. Open DANA app.
  17. If you failed to upgrade your DANA Premium account because your KTP has been used in your previous account, you can transfer your account to your current phone number by tap Continue to Transfer Accounts on DANA Premium page. If you already left DANA Premium page, please access the Me page and tap Verification Failed.
  18. Make sure the information detail is correct and make sure you have read the terms and conditions of transferring accounts carefully, then tap Continue.
  19. Enter your DANA PIN then perform face verification.
  20. Your account is in the process of moving! Please wait for a few minutes and don't close the application!
  21. Yay, account transfer is successful! Please exit the application and log in with the phone number and PIN that you are currently using.
  22. After you log back into the application, an OTP code will be sent to your current account mobile number. Enter the OTP code, then do face verification.
  23. Account transfer successful!

  24. Why did my DANA Premium account verification failed?
  25. Your e-KTP has been registered with DANA.
  26. The condition of your e-KTP is damaged or unreadable.
  27. Your NIK and selfie photos do not match e-KTP photos.
