1. Can I transfer my new DANA account to my old DANA account?

  • Yes, you can!

2. What are the Terms and Conditions for transferring my new DANA account to my old DANA account?

  • Remember, only your phone number will be transferred. Please do the following before performing the transfer!
  • Empty your DANA Balance.
  • Empty your DANA Goals Balance.
  • Empty your DANA Bisnis Balance.
  • Empty your DANA+ Balance.
  • Do not have any DANA Cicil/DANA Instan bills.
  • Sell all eMAS that you own.
  • Leave the Family Account membership.
  • Disconnect your DANA account from the connected accounts menu.
  • Have not changed your phone number in the last 90 days.
  • The phone number on your old account will be replaced with the phone number you are currently using.
  • After the process is completed, you cannot change your DANA phone number for 90 days.
  • After the transfer process is successful, your new account will no longer be accessible.

3. How do I move my new DANA account to my old DANA account?

  1. Open the DANA application.
  2. If you fail to upgrade to DANA Premium because your ID card (KTP) has already been used in a previous account, you can transfer the account to the phone number you are currently using. Tap Continue to Account Transfer on the DANA Premium page. If you have already left the DANA Premium page, go to the Me page and tap Verification Failed.
  3. Make sure the information details are correct and ensure that you have carefully read the terms and conditions for account transfer, then tap Continue.
  4. Make sure you remember your old account information, enter your old phone number and input your old DANA PIN for verification during the process.
  5. Then enter your new DANA PIN and OTP (if any), then perform face verification.
  6. If successful, your account is being transferred! Please wait for a few minutes and do not close the application.
  7. Yay, the account transfer is successful! Please exit the application and log in again using your current phone number and PIN.
  8. After logging in again, an OTP code will be sent to your current phone number. Enter the OTP code, then perform face verification.
  9. The account transfer is successful!

4. Why did my DANA Premium account verification failed?

  1. Your e-KTP has been registered with DANA.
  2. The condition of your e-KTP is damaged or unreadable.
  3. Your NIK and selfie photos do not match e-KTP photos.
  4. Supporting documents do not match e-KTP & selfie photos.
  5. Detected attempts of fraud and/or acts against the law.

5. Why did my DANA Premium account transfer failed?

  1. Make sure you have cleared all your DANA Balance in your new DANA account.
  2. Your old account can't be used because of security reasons.
  3. Account transfer process failed due to security reasons.

6. Do I use my new DANA PIN or my old DANA PIN to transfer my DANA account?

  • New DANA PIN.

    1. Do I have to activate DANA Viz when transferring a DANA account?

  • No need. DANA Viz will be activated automatically during the account transfer verification process.

    1. How long does it take to move a new DANA account to an old DANA account?

  • The process of transferring a new DANA account to an old account can be done as soon as possible, as long as you have done all the provisions for transferring an account correctly!
