You can see the status of payment or merchant transaction by clicking the “History” menu on the DANA page, with the following details:
- If the payment is successful, there will be a message showing "Success" that appears. There will also be a push notification to inform you that the transaction is successful.
- If the payment fails, there will be a message showing "Failed" that appears in the application and detailed information about the failure.
- You can click the "Continue" button from the 'In Progress' tab to retry the payment process, or you can change to other available payment methods.
