Yes, you can request a refund for your transaction if you meet one of the following criteria:

  1. The transaction was successful, but the merchant did not receive the payment, and you did not receive the service or goods.
  2. You were charged twice for the same service or goods.
  3. The refund is approved based on DANA's internal procedures or discretion.
