Yes, you can request a refund for your transaction if you meet one of the following criteria:
- The transaction was successful, but the merchant did not receive the payment, and you did not receive the service or goods.
- You were charged twice for the same service or goods.
- The refund is approved based on DANA's internal procedures or discretion.
