Check your money transfer status in the DANA app in real time. If the money has not been received by the receiver, you can follow these steps:
- Make sure you input the correct number of the receiver bank account.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the DANA app.
- If you have followed the steps but the receiver still hasn't received the money, please do the following steps:
- If the status of the transaction is successful in DANA but the receiver has not received the money, you can contact the recipient's bank by including the End-To-End Number listed in the transaction status in the DANA app. Below is the list of bank customer service that you can contact directly:

- If your complaint is related to problems occurring in the DANA app, you can contact DIANA (DANA's Digital Assistant) via the Transaction History page or via the 'Me' page in DANA.
