No need to worry! Just double-check that you've entered the transaction code correctly & check your transaction status on the History menu.

  • If the status is 'In progress', then you can repeat your transaction at another BCA ATM.
  • If the status is 'Failed', your money will be returned to your DANA Balance in real-time and you can restart the process to get a new transaction code.
