Please follow these simple steps:
- Make sure 1 Lazada account is connected to 1 DANA account.
- Change the number in the DANA account, by:
- Log in to your DANA account.
- Tap Me.
- Choose Profile Settings.
- Select Change Mobile Number. If the number is active, an OTP will be sent and make sure there is a Rp500 credit available. If the number is no longer active, the OTP will be sent via email.
- Create a new Lazada account with the new number that has been successfully replaced in the DANA account.
