1.Maybank2u

• Go to Maybank2u.
• Select MENU TRANSFER then enter your username and password.
• Choose Transfer, then pick bank transfer and choose real-time.
• Select Original Account and select BNI Bank as the Receiving Bank Enter [The VA number shown in the SMS you received] as the destination account and the amount to be paid in accordance with the amount stated in the SMS you received. The amount paid must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.

• Confirm the detailed transaction by making a TAC Request and enter the TAC, then tap "Agree"

  2.Maybank sms+ Banking

• Log in to Maybank SMS + Banking.
• Select Transfer.
• Choose Interbank
• Select the Source Account of your funds and enter the amount you want to pay according to what is stated on the SMS you received. The amount given must be the same as the amount due on the bill. The difference in payment amount will not be processed.
• Choose 009 - BNI as the Destination Bank
• Select "Input another account ..." and enter [The VA number shown on the SMS you received] into the "Destination Account".
• Confirm the transaction by pressing "Send" and reply to the OTP by following the transaction instructions
